The activity contract is a critical part of the TEACH program. This contract is an individualized blueprint of the workshops fellows plan to attend and the project that the each fellow proposes to complete with his/her mentor.

The progress report should be written in a brief 300 – 400 word format. While there is no specific format required, it is essential that the following elements be included in the report. It is also recommended that you ask your mentor for suggestions about the format most appropriate within your discipline; this will help you prepare for writing similar abstracts/proposals in the future.
